The Effect of Nursing Students’ Employment during their Education on their Academic Achievement in Nursing and Midwifery Schools of Tehran Universities of Medical Sciences

پژوهش حاضر پژوهشی زمینه ای است و طی آن موفقیت تحصیلی دانشجویان پرستاری که بکار دانشجوئی اشتغال داشته اند، مورد سنجش و اندازه گیری قرار گرفته است. در این پژوهش، نمونه پژوهش همان جامعه پژوهش است و شامل ۱۶۹ نفر دانشجوی ترم هشتم رشته پرستاری مقطع کارشناسی دانشکده های پرستاری و مامائی علوم پزشکی می باشد که تعداد ۹۳ تن از آنان در طول دوران تحصیل بکار دانشجوئی اشتغال داشته اند. اطلاعات حاصل از این پژوهش بیانگر این است که اشتغال بکار دانشجوئی در طول دوران تحصیل بر موفقیت تحصیلی دانشجویان پرستاری شاغل بکار دانشجویی تأثیر نداشته است.
